Seventh-Day Adventist Church

Personal Ministries in the United Kingdom and Ireland

Lifedevelopment is an ambitious long-term growth strategy adopted by the British Union Conference which sees evangelism as an ongoing process rather than an event, empowering Adventists in building lasting friendships with secular people and leading them to Jesus Christ. The five-year plan which commences October 2002 consists of several levels, beginning with a focus on developing friendships with secular people and concluding by equipping new believers to share their faith. Pastor Dwight Nelson will be the principal speaker/presenter in the talk-show/teaching parts of the process which will be recorded and made available for use by small groups and local churches.
